You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account termination features available in your account dashboard. Upon termination by you, we will cease providing the Services and will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid, legal, and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and nipaunxj regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
